Case study

The answer was already on the website.

A property site, a course site, and a coverage site. Each one put the same chat button in the corner. Visitors asked in one message. The reply came from the pages and files that team chose.

Example chat

From the listings page

Is there a 2-bedroom near the park?

Harbor House is a 2-bedroom on the listings page. The park is named in that listing.

A property website

They ask for a home. The reply uses the listings you saved.

The listings were already on the site. Visitors still opened page after page. The team ticked the listing pages, uploaded the price sheet, and put the button in the corner.

  • Only saved pages

A listing left unticked never shows up in an answer.

  • No invented homes

If the pages do not mention a park, the chat says it does not have a match.

  • The next edit

Replace the price sheet and the next reply uses the new one.

Example chat

From the listings page

Is there a 2-bedroom near the park?

Harbor House is a 2-bedroom on the listings page. The park is named in that listing.

An example of the question and the reply. Not a named customer.

A course website

They ask when a course opens. The reply comes from the page and the file.

Dates, fees, and what is included lived in a PDF and on the course pages. Prospects still wrote in after hours. The team saved those pages and that file. Visitors did not need an account.

  • Your material

A PDF, a Word file, or pages you tick. Nothing else is used.

  • Plain language

They ask the way they would ask a person. The chat stays on that page.

  • A missing date

If the date is not in the file, it says so. It does not guess.

Example chat

From the course page and the file

When does the evening course open?

Enrollment for the evening course opens in March. It is on the course page and in the dates file.

An example of the question and the reply. Not a named customer.

A coverage website

They ask what is covered. The reply stays inside the document.

The policy file already said what was included. People still asked on a Sunday. The team uploaded the file and ticked the pages that explain it. The button answered from that text.

  • The file is the limit

If a line is not in the document, the chat says it does not have a solid match.

  • No made-up policy

It does not invent a price, a date, or a rule.

  • You see the gap

Questions with no answer show up after you sign in, so you know what to add.

Example chat

From the auto file

Does this cover a rental car after an accident?

A rental car is listed in the auto file. The chat does not add cover that the file does not name.

An example of the question and the reply. Not a named customer.

Same three steps on each site

  1. 1

    Create the account

Name, email, password, and website name. The dashboard opens immediately.

  2. 2

Add the pages and the file

Tick the pages that belong in the chat. Upload the PDF or paste the notes. Wait until the row says Ready.

  3. 3

    Paste the script

The button stays in the corner. Visitors click it and ask. They do not sign in.
